Description:
We currently have an inefficient flow through from our computer database to our shipping team. We need to improve this flow to manage finished goods inventory and avoid lengthy customer issues when we are short on stock. This will require process improvement (lean mfg). The project will also involve the implementation of a new barcoding system. The system will require research, managing the procurement of machinery, and implementing the new barcoding system.
