Description:
The spheronized graphite coating project, called "D-COAT", consists in setting up a coating demonstration unit by the end of 2021. This process consists of applying a thin layer of amorphous carbon, in the nanometer range, to the surface of purified spheronized graphite from one of its demonstration plants, in order to improve its properties and obtain the yields sought by lithium-ion battery manufacturers.
