Description:
Endexo anti-thrombogenic additives, (not coatings) are low molecular weight fluoro-oligomers that impart a passive surface to the implantable medical device thereby reducing platelet adhesion and thrombus formation. Interface Biologics will perform research and development on the Endexo surface modifying technology in support of its partner(s). Feasibility and development of novel formulations to be tested and used in specific medical device applications will be conducted over the course of the project.
