Description:
MapSherpa has grown to the point where we have an FTE amount of work handled by the existing team in respect to Customer Success including order triage, answering questions, and providing technical assistance with tasks such as custom map making.
The graduating student will also be tasked with Geographic Information System (GIS) data preparation and processing, as well as some basic cartographic work as part of the technical team. Technical documentation of software in the course of supporting customers will also be an ongoing requirement.
