Description:

Coastal Resource Mapping Ltd. (CRM) has developed a precision agricultural software and the data pipeline leveraging Deep Convolutional Neural Network technologies to segment individual plants imagery. The segmentation of individual plants provides plant count, physical characteristics as well as plant health from the imagery's spectral bands. This project is to further develop data pipeline for image segmentation including estimation of bud counts, plant health and pathogen detection and plant gender.
