Description:

ScopeSys has developed a unique and proprietary single-molecule imaging platform to better characterize molecular interactions with molecular resolution, for drug development and research. This project will develop productivity-enhancing software and analysis modules for characterizing drug-target interaction kinetics. This will include the development of machine learning algorithms to further automate our video processing analysis, improve our ability to detect individual molecular binding events and analyze their interaction kinetics, and characterize the number of drug molecules bound to targets, or loaded in delivery vehicles.
