The parallel development of multiple web-facing assets, using a number of functional platforms has resulted in a functional, though cumbersome patchwork of systems that need to be unified to improve customer useability, cybersecurity, and speed. The unification across platforms will seamlessly integrate user accounts, customer support, IoT product functionality, customer management, and partner management. It will also serve to improve web-assets related to IoT product support and useability.
