Description:
Video Presence will enable live, 2-way video chat between a user and a remote agent through the digital signage platforms FirmCHANNEL and MediaTILE. A user will be able to approach a touch enabled display or kiosk, tap a button and be connected with a remote agent in real-time.
Analytic data is captured to provide insights into call volumes, call lengths and the number of calls handled by each agent to help customers manage their agents time and traffic at each kiosk location.
