Description:

This project will allow iTacit to adopt new clients and provide technical support and training to both new and existing customers. As we increase our client base through new sales, as well as through upsells based on positive satisfaction, our revenue will permit further R&D activities. Hiring a Computer Science graduate in this position will allow for deeper understanding of the product offering as well as more technical communication with our product development team on potential issues and new enhancements based on customer feedback. This employee will be an important bridge between our customer success and product development teams.
