Description:

The project goal is to provide remote HR support and consulting services in Atlantic Canada while leveraging technology and creating processes that can be used remotely. The firm will be creating packages that allow for HR services to be rolled out through their portal for clients self-use or allow the firm to better manage HR needs for them. The portal will allow organizations to create a portal and manage HR processes and documents such as policies and procedures, letters, job descriptions, recruitment templates, engagement surveys, performance develop and reviews, onboarding and orientation forms, employment contracts, training documents etc.

The purpose of IRAP’s Youth Employment Program is to assist in increasing the supply of highly qualified people, promoting the benefits of advanced studies, demonstrating federal leadership by investing in the skills required to meet the needs of the knowledge economy and facilitating the transition of highly skilled young people to a rapidly changing labour market.
