Description:
The project goal is to provide remote HR support and consulting services in Atlantic Canada while leveraging technology and creating processes that can be used remotely. The firm will be creating packages that allow for HR services to be rolled out through their portal for clients self-use or allow the firm to better manage HR needs for them.
The portal will allow organizations to create a portal and manage HR processes and documents such as policies and procedures, letters, job descriptions, recruitment templates, engagement surveys, performance develop and reviews, onboarding and orientation forms, employment contracts, training documents etc.
