Description:

The project will deliver two primary outcomes. 1) The Youth will be executing various elements of the Customer Retention strategy which may include direct mail campaigns, email campaigns and the development of social media posts. Goal will be to retain >90% of current customer base, while attracting new Canadian and US customers with an expanded territory. 2) The Youth will assist with various elements involving the implementation of the sustainable compostable bag, including, nutritional facts table creation, label copy review, pouch sizing and shelf life study requirements.
