The project consists of developing a compact fire/rescue ladder vehicle with a 20m ladder range for use in North American urban environments. The vehicle will allow rescues and fire defense in a narrow urban environment, and will be able to access narrow streets and alleys in addition to allowing for increased speed of movement in heavy traffic.
