Description:
The Sweets from the Earth supply chain has sustained significant disruption and shocks due to COVID-19. Shortages of ingredients due to both supply and transportation issues has necessitated the reformulation of hundreds of recipes in order to use available substitute ingredients. Unfortunately, it is never a 1 for 1 substitution and each recipe requires a revised formulation, lab test and plant trial.
