Description:
The firm will hire a college business graduate, which will allow SEM to pursue initiatives related to improving business processes and establishing new ones. Enhancement and establishment of these processes will improve the firm’s service delivery to clients, efficiency of data processing, records management, and communication and productivity. The candidate will spearhead the implementation of a logistics management tracking tool to manage the firm’s fleet and accommodation facility in Labrador West. The female graduate will liaise with accounting, HSEQ, communications, and the firm’s internal software development team to digitalize records, form a database to query and run reports, and transition this currently manual task from Excel to a form-based share-point tool.
