Description:
The recruited graduate will be responsible for planning and overseeing all administrative support for Tao Solutions. One key project the new graduate will be immediately responsible for is our hybrid return to the office project, which will require the implementation of new hot desk system with new company software, as well as a renovation of our office space. The new graduate will interact over the phone and in person to provide direction and support to existing and potential clients. She will also perform select Human Resource duties, including resume selection, pre-screening interviews, and orientation. Additionally, she will have the opportunity to perform accounting duties such as accounts receivable and accounts payable.
