Winterhawk seeks assistance in the development of a coil-tubing deployment system for its three-rubber element casing expansion tool (CET). The advantage of coil-tubing in this application is the ability to operate in 5.5” and 4.5” diameter wells with a much smaller environmental foot print than a service rig.
