Description:
Aspire Food Group is pursuing the ambitious goal of building the most environmentally sustainable and densest protein production system in the world, enabling Canada to position itself as the leading global manufacturer and thought leader in this rapidly growing sector. Using vertical farming systems, Aspire is establishing a first-of-a-kind, modular cricket production and processing facility. A key priority of this work is commissioning our state of the art automation equipment for insect protein production and will ensure Aspire's long term success by cementing its leadership in insect production.
