Description:
This project relates to the development of an aerodynamic device for the heavy-duty transport industry. More specifically, the device can be a standalone product or a combination of products that, when installed on a truck-trailer vehicle, achieves a delta CdA of 1.0 or greater, which corresponds to an aerodynamic improvement of about 16%. The development of the product will be done via computational fluid dynamics, wind tunnel testing and on-road testing.
