Challenges like coordinating a city-wide COVID response, a mental health crisis response, or supporting people with chronic diseases are the focus of insurers, funders & grant-giving agencies. What one community agency offers is not enough to solve larger health or social problems in a community. The byzantine nature of community health access processes and broken connections between organizations disrupt the continuity of care. With the rise of virtual care, agencies must work together to promote public service access. The Caredove Network module will enable the leadership of a healthcare organization to build, promote, operate & monitor access to a trusted health service network composed of many local organizations & relevant services.
