This project will focus on the development of a Go to Market Strategy for Lim Geomatics' new Stratus solution. Stratus is a forest management and data analytics platform that aggregates data from other Lim Geomatics forestry geospatial platform apps, such as Op Tracker, to increase the efficiency of forest management harvest operation activities. The Stratus product positioning and messaging, ideal customer profile, product pricing catalog, lead gen marketing strategy, and sales playbook will be developed for targeted geographies as part of this project.
