Description:

ProteinQure is planning to pursue 2 internal drug discovery programs. Starting with five targets we have researched extensively we will perform two core activities to help select two internal targets as finalists. Those two activities are validating experimental literature finding and computational validation of initial structural models. We will then design the first generation of molecules for those two specific disease targets using our computational platform and test them via contractors. The resulting molecules will be key for future fundraising efforts and eventually be commercialized (by selling them to partners).
