WorkInsights will build, program, and design an organizational analysis application that combines two key components essential for companies experiencing transformations, using cluster analysis and interactive networking. With these two components, factors that affect behaviors and influence change and resistance may be clarified, as well as how best to intermingle the groups, knowing how interactions occur. This will transform the market alternatives of flat surveys into a multi-dimensional understanding of how people in cultures interact and support change.
