Agreement Number:

Agreement Value:

Agreement Date:
Dec 7, 2021 - May 31, 2022
Description:
Communities across North America are seeking to implement civilian-lead response models for low-risk mental health crisis calls. This new and improved model entails an assessment process administered by dispatch where (if the individual is found to be at low risk of violence) a civilian team may be dispatched to provide crisis support in place of a police response. To facilitate this assessment process, HealthIM is expanding its existing software system to include functionality that provides decision support for emergency communications and dispatch staff.
