Description:

SmartMD is a software system that integrates into existing test systems, and stand alone test kits to give a clear indication of current and remaining motor life with 98% accuracy. Our system gives the user a Health Check on the motor based on proprietary algorithms developed in our labs. Across North America specifically, “run to failure” practices are common and those who are utilizing some form of condition or predictive monitoring are typically not sure how to utilize the data. There are roughly 1,000,000 electric motors repaired annually in North America alone and globally the new electric motor market is valued at over $147B USD annually.
