As Virtual Marine continues to deliver more simulators to clients around the world, the number of issue inquiries and tickets from clients, both internally and externally, increase proportionally. This project will see the hiring of a recent Bachelor of Sciences (Computer Science) graduate hired to work on the development and deployment of a computerized and on-line system, to be known as Knowledge Base, which will help clients find answers to solve their technical issues (e.g., setup, troubleshooting and maintenance). This system will help Virtual Marine scale out its client support program while improving overall client satisfaction and customer knowledge.
