This research project will investigate Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques from the consumer and academic sectors, experiment with diverse sets of industrial text data, and leverage findings to build new data processing and modeling techniques that will improve the Razor product. These improvements will enhance Razor’s ability identify incidents, identify root causes, and describe corrective actions and provide an additional competitive edge in Industrial Data Analytics and AI space.
