Description:
Extracting body composition measurements from available CT images are critically important for precision medicine. We have developed and released the first application called Data Analysis Facilitation Suite (DAFS) platform that runs on individual desktop machine and performs this measurement. In this project, we will develop a client-server application for clinical deployment to deliver patient-specific reports for treatment design.
