Description:
The firm is engaging with the Lytton First Nation Community to install a series of custom-designed IoT (Internet of Things) devices in the surrounding forests and set up an advanced AI-based wildfire monitoring and management system. This project aims to promote Lytton’s wildfire resiliency via detecting forest fires in the incipient phase (i.e., pre-heat and pre-ignition) and reducing the vulnerability of the community to the negative effects of wildfires.
