Description:
Our team has produced a compelling prototype, photographs, and the product has good texture (empirically proven through TPA & rheology) as well as features that validate the key benefits of our production technology. However, additional R&D is required to make the product market-ready for customers. Significant amount of effort is required to fine-tune the product's organoleptic properties, measured both empirically and through our human taste test trials, identifying and addressing shortcomings related to taste and texture.
