Description:

Specialized nanofabrication services including, but not limited to, maskless photolithography, 100kV electron-beam lithography, photonic wire-bonding and a range of plasma processes for thin film deposition and etching (within cleanroom lab space). These will be offered to SMEs on a per usage fee basis, and will include SME staff training for using the various tools, as well as professional assistance from UBC-QMI technical staff if/as required.
