Description:

eThor's current product offers pay at table software for the restaurant industry. We retrieve and display receipts on a credit card payment terminal and provide a user interface to process credit card transactions. Recently, customers are demanding the ability to also use the same payment device to create and insert orders into the point of sale system. This provides a variety of different technical challenges, especially across multiple different point of sale systems which have different data models. We are also going to have to take the technology we've built for legacy POS systems which gets deployed on-premise and re-invent the process entirely in the cloud with new technology.
