The intent is to employ a new graduate full-time. The objective is to accelerate her training. This is to be completed while further developing a metallurgical engineering training program. The constructed training program has been designed to teach metallurgy and failure analysis in a much more organized, controlled manner and includes independent modules. To the knowledge of the Steel Image, it will be the first of its kind.
