Description:
This project is part of a broader plan to build the finance department, and set up well functioning operational systems to support a growing team. It will focus on (1) maximizing revenue potential from different sources such as Motor Vehicle Accident, Workplace Safety and Extended Health care patients, (2) streamlining all finance processes to ensure a well integrated finance department and positioning 360 to be able to operate clinics seamlessly in multiple markets.
