Description:

The firm has been in development, with their primary brewing equipment supplier, on a de-alcoholizer. This is a state-of-the-art technology that removes alcohol from beer. When the alcohol is extracted there are two products. 1. Beer retentate which can be re-hydrated to produce a non-alcoholic beer and, 2. alcohol/water permeate which is a flavourless, odourless alcohol water. This project requires a full-time product development specialist. This individual will be a trained brewer/mixologist and will be responsible to develop new non-alcoholic beer recipes and create new ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages from the permeate. These new products will be marketed internationally.
