The project consists in improving the business position of the firm. This includes the development of a strong business model including pricing and revenue model. Different, application specific, business models may be developed. Customer discovery in different segments of the US market will be performed along with location specific requirements and challenge. In addition, strategy will be investigated for application for US re-imbursement code. The project will also involvement improvement of processes regarding the quality management process.
