Hummingbird Chocolate is recognized as one of the world’s best chocolate makers. Now ten years old, the company never employed a sales team – it didn’t have to: everything made just sold out. This year, the small company embarked on a multi-million-dollar expansion to increase capacity five-fold, seize national market share and develop appreciable exports. And while demand remains intense, and growing, the company seeks IRAP support in establishing cutting edge sales systems to better enable it to develop products and capture market share . From creating internal sales processes, to integration of software, training of staff and development of market intelligence functions, this project will provide the critical sales tools to grow.
