Description:
MesoMat has developed a new form of sensor, plastic based sensing fibres, which can be used to optimize performance, manufacturing and efficiency is some of the world's most widely used industrial materials. MesoMat is combining this fundamental sensing innovation with software and electronics to provide a complete sensing-enabled data platform. This project focuses on the development of the back-end software systems which are required to ingest, process and analyze sensing data from large volumes of sensors to provide new insights into the design, operation and lifetime of products such as tires.
