Description:
This project focus is to find an Ai solution to modernize a progressive dies design to improve reliability, parts production speed, reduce material waste and minimize dies break frequency ratios.
The project is based on the result of our previous IRAP project “Ai-powered solution for engineering of metal stamping parts” (IRAP 2020) and utilizes the vast digital data received as the previous project outcome.
This project outcome may be used as an input for our next planned IRAP project to develop an Ai-driven management system for our production plant.
