Working with the BDC, the first step to support our operational efficiency journey is to evaluate our operations optimization potential. BDC's Operations Optimization Potential solution is designed to conduct a holistic assessment of our operations. As part of this assessment, they will compare our productivity with that of other Canadian companies in our sector using the Value Creation Index (VCI). They will analyze our operations in order to pinpoint the causes of wastes and will prioritize the most appropriate optimization projects to improve productivity and reduce costs.
