Description:

Our recent graduate will be developing a bank of video based training modules that will act as the foundation for the future expansion of Adapt AgTech and Forage Hyperfoods. The expansion of our business will be seen across multiple geographies and ultimately in multiple languages. In order to keep up with the demand of our scaling business, we must have the tools in place to quickly and effectively onboard new staff. In addition to initial training, our staff will be required to operate according to streamlined Standard Operating Procedures to ensure global food safety compliance through GlobalG.A.P.. This project will create a very valuable tool that can be used for years to come.

The purpose of IRAP’s Youth Employment Program is to assist in increasing the supply of highly qualified people, promoting the benefits of advanced studies, demonstrating federal leadership by investing in the skills required to meet the needs of the knowledge economy and facilitating the transition of highly skilled young people to a rapidly changing labour market.
