Description:
Bench Brewing aims to combine lab and brewing production processes to develop innovative new products and discover new efficiencies. We will also take new learnings from last year and grow new indigenous and domestic yeast strains in-house and scale up their propagation. Lastly, we will create an innovative closed-loop CO2 cycle by incorporating new CO2 recapture technologies to carbonate a wide range of products, including conventional and non-alcoholic beer, hard seltzers, and ciders. Ultimately, this will allow us to diversify our portfolio, increase our production, competitiveness, sales, and environmental sustainability, and create a circular economy, while also protecting our operations from present and future supply chain challenges.
