Description:
Our initial focus for this project will be to leverage ML and AI on top of our 4 markets which include Calgary, Toronto, Edmonton and Vancouver with sights on expanding to Austin, San Francisco and Los Angeles. The data documents we are looking to compose our "Project ID" consist of Permitting, Leasing, PDF scraping, land titles, etc. The problem is correlating disparate and multi-frequency data points into more than just a civic address and knowing early indicators from all these data points calculated into their relevant sectors/verticals but also their accurate timelines and statuses.
