Description:

This project is intended assist our firm to modernize our manufacturing information systems (MIS) with a view to: 1) Improving the efficiency & total throughput of our manufacturing facility 2) Reducing errors & waste 3) Increasing sales by accelerating our ability to rapidly customize our products 4) Reducing the time and cost to develop new and innovative features/products 5) Taking advantage of new features available in the latest engineering & design software platforms. The project scope also includes using the enhanced MIS to provide rapid customization capabilities for our existing products, develop new products & features, and to provide best-in-class engineering support to our customers as they develop cutting-edge products.
