Saltwinds Coffee Company’s signature product is an ocean air infused coffee, inspired by the way coffee used to taste when it came to Canada on wooden sailing ships. The current process the company uses is time consuming and labour intensive. The intent of this project is to optimise this process to improve productivity and reduce cost per unit for the company.
