Description:
The project consists in building and testing an industrial demonstration unit for anode inspection (for aluminum production) by measuring resistivity. Multiple probes arranged in two planes allow to produce an internal 3D image of the electrical resistivity and thus to measure the variations of resistivity, the density, the porosities, the cracks as well as their location. A series of tests in the workshop and at the producer's site to characterize and adjust the sensitivity of the measurements.
