Description:

The Eternity Platform is a hybrid web2/web3 architecture running on the Internet Computer Blockchain and on the cloud (in this case AWS) used to establish a digital economy on the IC, which has the advantages of both web2 and web3 such as high availability & low latency of centralized databases and persistence & ownership of blockchain. This architecture provides as much configurability as possible, with applications built on top of it being able to implement arbitrary business logic specific to their digital economy. The project aim is to create a prototype of Eternity which connects Cloud to Blockchain functionalities, proves the concept of bidirectional communication between the two and allows some basic operations on in-game items.
