Agreement Date:
Feb 13, 2023 - Aug 31, 2023
Description:
The current research initiative is the next research step after our initial IRAP project 991929. Currently we are doing research to scale the process of converting a clean maciated Tunicate biomass material and convert it into purified cellulose material as a product that will be the feed stock for processing cellulose nano crystals. The original research was done at the bench scale. The goal for the current research is to develop a process that uses available industrial equipment so that we can demonstrate the process with the ability to scale it further into a future pilot plant and then commercial production plant.
