The GIST is a women-founded and operated sports media brand. Across our various channels (newsletter, podcast, website, and social media), we share both organic and partner sponsored content. This content is also highly segmented across different content verticals, sports, and geographic regions. The current processes for gathering, reviewing, and publishing different types of content across these segments involve significant manual, repetitive, and time-consuming work. No-code solutions have been set up, but these are tedious to maintain and do not scale effectively. The goal of this project is to create a more automated content and sales process using software solutions, as well as better tracking of the data shared between processes.
