Many companies have their corporate entity data in minute books stored as PDFs. The Project is to get information from these sources into the Athennian application quickly to reduce time and cost and errors. This project will explore the use of machine learning solutions that can extract key variables from the PDFs of Legal Minute Books into a structured format that can be imported into the Athennian application in an automated way.
