Description:
This project will involve the firm hiring a recent graduate with a science degree in biology to be involved in several of SEM’s initiatives, including assisting with progression of work on American eel, boreal felt lichen, and little brown bat surveys. The goal of this internship is to train a young biologist in the techniques required to work with these sensitive species, within the guidelines established by provincial and federal authorities. Each of these initiatives involves the learning of specialized procedures and SEM will benefit from a bolstered capacity in these skills.
